LEARNING EXPERIENCE DESIGN | INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY I EDUCATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

While technological advancements are transforming teaching and learning, I firmly believe that human connections have the most profound impact on learning experiences, and technology should enhance these connections. After all, Experience is the new degree.

My work in Learning Experience Design and Instructional Technology is rooted in the belief that learning becomes a valued experience when it is close to the learners, contextual, social, and hands-on i.e. Situated Constructivism. Learn more about my main pedagogical inspiration; situation constructivism here.

Some of my projects

Across my career, I have designed, developed, and brought to life multiple education projects. One of my biggest achievements has been building a nonprofit dedicated to providing education scholarships for Nepali students to continue higher education. You can learn more about this project here.

I have been at Harvard the past three years in different capacities. I completed my master's in Learning Design Innovation Technology from Harvard Graduate School of Education in May of 2024. I worked as an Education Program Design RA at the Berkman Klein Center and took classes at HGSE, MIT, and Harvard Kennedy School. This educational training has increased my knowledge about

The Cirque is a vision I have. It is a studio-based lab that I hope to run someday to impart constructivist courses to give meaningful learning experiences to young adults. I am looking for thought partners and execution partners to make this project come to life. You can learn about a small project I am trying to build this upcoming year.

I deeply admire the situated constructivist pedagogy as a way of learning. It gives me a framework—a checklist to ensure that the learning is beneficial to the learner. I might have just put these terms together by myself. This combination was inspired by my very own education experience. During my master's at Harvard Graduate School of Education, I got the tools to reflect on my learning journey. I was now able to use theories to name what I had been through and what I did not experience. Learn more about this pedagogical inspiration.
